The ScoopFree Ultra is really nice. I have two cats, the kitten adapted to the new pan without a problem. The older cat saw and more importantly heard it run when it was first setup and was scared of it from that point.
Fortunately ScoopFree’s customer service is excellent and after trying everything they suggested to get the cat to transition they have agreed to return the litter pan.
Bottom line if you are considering one, this pan is really good, and the support is excellent. Give it a try.My cat took no time at all to adapt to the new litter pan but she has never had a problem.
I have already recommended this pan to a couple of friends!

Totally agree! I love this litterbox not just because it makes my life easy, but Im on their litter subscription service, too, which makes my life even easier. It is awesome since subscribers dont even have to pay for shipping – its like buying the litter at the store without having to lug it home. Score!
