This is a great product and was just what I was searching for. My cat has kidney issues and has to be fed every few hours. We were having trouble at night because he wasn’t being fed for a period of 6 or 7 hours and he would have an upset stomach and vomit every morning.
He prefers wet food so I needed something to keep it cool overnight. This product works like a charm. The food trays are very easy to clean. The timers seem very reliable and the doors open on-time just as they should. I love the fact that each door has its own timer and can be set to open at different times.
The only thing I wish is that it came with 2 ice-packs so in the morning so I could swap the warm ice pack for a cold one and set it for the 2 feedings in the daytime. Otherwise, I am extremely happy with it.
